FV Rent 2 Own wins award!
The accomplishments of Fraser Valley Rent 2 Own were acknowledged at the recent Rent 2 Own Summit, held Aug. 18-19 in Kamloops, BC.
Ron Geddert, president of the program, received the “All-star Award” from Dave Dubeau, chair of the Summit and himself long-term successful operator. Geddert was acknowledged for the outstanding effort and success of his Fraser Valley program over the past year.
The Summit was attended by nearly 100 operators of similar programs from across Canada. The key ingredient of the loose organization of R2O operators is that they put clients first in their operations. All are specifically trained in such procedures and committed to the highest standards of integrity in their operations. Seeking always to reach win-win outcomes, they have, collectively, achieved remarkable levels of success.
Geddert acknowledged that his greatest joy in the program was to sit down with potential clients, hear their stories, and help them create a plan that will lead to their own pride of home ownership. “It’s an opportunity to help people that I really find fulfilling,” he says.
